Features
Linear bearings are used in conjunction with quenched linear drive shafts. A system that performs infinite linear motion. Due to point contact, the load capacity of the ball bearing and quenched transmission shaft is relatively small, but in linear motion, the friction resistance is minimized, the accuracy is high, and the motion is fast.
There are no special requirements for the fitting shaft of plastic linear bearings; Plastic linear bearings can withstand larger loads than metal bearings, but due to the sliding friction between the bearing and the shaft, the speed of movement is limited to a certain extent; The resistance to motion is greater than that of metal linear bearings; But its motion noise is lower than that of metal linear bearings, especially at medium and high speeds, where the noise of plastic linear bearings has very little effect on speed. Plastic linear bearings, due to their internal chip groove design, are allowed to be used in dusty environments. Dust automatically carries out the friction surface of the bearing body from the chip groove during movement; Plastic linear bearings also allow for cleaning during use, and the internal sliding film made of special materials can even be used for long-term operation in liquids.
