Product Features
The stick of the 29000 type bearing is an asymmetric spherical roller, which can reduce the relative sliding between the roller and the raceway during operation. The roller is long, has a large diameter, has a large number of rollers, and has a high load capacity. It is usually lubricated with oil, and in some low-speed situations, grease lubrication can be used. When designing and selecting, priority should be given to selecting;
80000 type thrust cylindrical roller bearings, 90000 type thrust tapered roller bearings, and AXK type thrust needle roller bearings can withstand unidirectional axial loads. They have much greater axial load capacity than thrust ball bearings, and are more rigid with less axial space occupation.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust tapered roller bearings are suitable for low-speed applications, with thrust tapered roller bearings having slightly higher speeds than thrust cylindrical roller bearings. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings that can only withstand unidirectional axial loads and slight impacts, and can limit the axial displacement of the shaft (or housing) in one direction. Therefore, they can be used for unidirectional axial positioning. But its load-bearing capacity is much greater than that of thrust ball bearings. When the roller rolls, due to the different linear velocities at both ends of the roller, the roller inevitably slides on the raceway of the ring. Therefore, the maximum speed of this type of bearing is lower than that of thrust ball bearings, and it is usually only suitable for low-speed operation.
The standard designed thrust cylindrical roller bearing adopts a car made metal solid cage, and other types or materials of cages can also be used according to user requirements. Thrust tapered roller bearings can only withstand unidirectional axial loads and can limit the unidirectional axial displacement of the bearing, so they can be used for unidirectional axial positioning. Compared with thrust cylindrical roller bearings, it has a higher load-bearing capacity and smaller relative sliding, but has a lower limit speed
