This type of bearing is divided into different structural types such as single row, double row, and four row tapered roller bearings according to the number of roller rows installed. Structural characteristics
The type code for tapered roller bearings is 30000, and tapered roller bearings are separable bearings. In general, especially within the size range mentioned in GB/T307.1-94 "Tolerances for Radial Bearings in Rolling Bearings", the outer ring and inner components of tapered roller bearings can be 100% interchangeable for universal use.
The angle of the outer ring and the diameter of the outer raceway have been standardized to match the external dimensions. No changes are allowed during design and manufacturing. To enable universal interchangeability between the outer and inner components of tapered roller bearings worldwide.
